DemodexCillin ships to Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
Processing and delivery
Standard delivery — 3 to 5 business days within Canada, 3 to 7 business days to the United States. Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Express delivery — 48 hours within Canada, 2 business days to the United States. Available at checkout.

Duties, taxes and customs
Orders crossing an international border may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country. These are determined by the destination customs authority and are separate from the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking after your order has been processed, contact support@demodexcilin.com with your order number.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
